OCE Minecraft Servers: Oceania Server List

OCE is gamer shorthand for Oceania, the region covering Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific. Its biggest problem is distance. Most of the world's Minecraft servers are in North America and Europe, so OCE players regularly see high ping, delayed hits and laggy block breaking. An OCE Minecraft server is hosted in the region, which keeps the connection short for players in Australia and New Zealand.

MCServers.au tracks 40 Oceania Minecraft servers: 30 hosted in Australia and 10 hosted in New Zealand. Each one is confirmed online through the public mcsrvstat.us API and checked again every 30 minutes, with 7 days of uptime history. Australian hosting is concentrated in Sydney and Melbourne, with a few Perth-hosted servers for Western Australia. The New Zealand servers on our list are hosted around the country, often by long-running community admins.

Which region should you pick? Players on Australia's east coast usually get the best ping from Sydney or Melbourne servers. Perth players benefit from Perth hosting, and Kiwi players can choose between local New Zealand servers and Sydney-hosted Australian servers, which are typically the closest Australian option across the Tasman. Browse the most popular servers in each country below, see our New Zealand Minecraft servers page, or compare cities on low ping Minecraft servers by location.

Right now the top-ranked OCE servers by our Recommended score are Craft Down Under: All The Mods 10, Oceanias and Halcyon: The Dark Ages. Run a server in Australia, New Zealand or the Pacific? Submit it for free.
